How to Make the Mac Dock 3D or Transparent in OS X Yosemite OSXDaily

Many Mac users noticed the Dock has become restyled in OS X Yosemite to be more flat, but if you want to get a 3D dock again, or to customize the appearance a bit, you can change the Dock look to be 3D, a different color, or even make the Dock appear transparent.
